Summer Maintenance

• Check indoor evaporator coil
• Clean or replace the filter
• Check all motors
• Test safety controls for proper operation
• Measure temperature difference between return & supply (20-30 degree difference)
• Check outdoor condenser coil
• Test fan & compressor AMPS
• Check start & run capacitors
• Check condensation & drain lines (add algae tablets if necessary)
• Reset safety controls to the customer’s

Winter Maintenance

• Check indoor evaporator coil
• Clean or replace the filter
• Check all motors
• Test safety controls for proper operation
• Measure temperature difference between return & supply (20-30 degree difference)
• Measure gas input
• Check start & run capacitors
• Check heat exchanger
• Clean flame sensor
• Reset safety controls to the customer’s preference settings
